I grew up here in Murfreesboro, TN. From Black Fox Elementary to graduating from Oakland High and going to MTSU this place has always been my home. Opened up Guardian Mixed Martials Arts in the early 2000s. Had a brief stint in the UFC, but bowed out when I realized I was not only burned out, but I honestly wasn’t a high enough skilled athlete to compete at that level. I joined the Army, and spent most of my time as Special Forces with the 5th Special Forces Group in Clarksville, TN. I was injured in the later parts of my career but was lucky enough to fall into what my true passion is, teaching. I retired as the Lead Sniper Instructor for the 5th SFG Sniper School. I’m an avid competition shooter, ranging from pistol and shotgun to carbine and precision rifles. I’ve taught thousands of people from pistols to precision rifles, in multiple languages, in over 10 countries. Finally able to bring that to TN, my hometown, and the surrounding areas.
